We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Fibreglass Swimming Pool Installer to join the team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start as a labourer with the potential to grow into a supervisory position. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of fibreglass swimming pools according to company standards and client specifications

  • Prepare and level installation sites

  • Support plumbing work under supervision

  • Perform quality checks and troubleshoot any issues during installation

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

  • Show leadership potential and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction or pool installation is a plus, but not essential

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

  • Valid driver's license

  • Physical ability to perform manual labour
