Our qualifications include diplomas in Human Resource Management and Safety Compliance, along with certification as Certified Practitioners of Human Resources (CPHR) through the Australian HR Institute (AHRI). Additionally, we hold Return to Work Coordinator credentials with WorkSafe.

I’m George, a HR Specialist with a deep love and connection to the North East of Victoria. Over the course of my 17-year career, I have had the privilege of working across a range of industries including FMCG, manufacturing, government, and public health — both locally and in Melbourne.
My professional practice spans leadership coaching, workplace safety and well-being, fitness to work, injury management, change management, and corporate governance. In particular, I have a keen interest in Industrial Relations, which has allowed me to build deep expertise whilst advising on complex IR issues.

I started my career right here in Wangaratta and, over the years, I've had the opportunity to work in various parts of Australia, allowing me to gain valuable experience in HR within the legal industry.
Returning to Wangaratta, I've become deeply connected to the local community as I raise my young family. I love being able to work and live in this vibrant area, and I have a strong passion for collaborating with local businesses.
